At Mortuary Services we believe that feedback from our clients speak volumes of how well we provide our services. Due to its very nature the specialist work we do is often understated, yet there are occasions where the feedback and personal tributes we have received have been very gratifying. Here are some of them.

....She passed away under such difficult circumstances, I wouldn’t even allow my children to view her. After speaking with my Undertaker who explained the work that Dorian could offer, he re-assured me that she would be at rest when all the family viewed her for one last time.  When we did pay our last respects she looked so content and peaceful that I was completely overwhelmed, the toll that her illness took were a million miles away. That thought will last with me and my children forever, thank you.

....My husband had died a traumatic accident in a car and the thoughts of what he might look like filled my mind and troubled me. I was informed of Dorian Harries an Embalmer in Carmarthenshire and specialist in facial reconstruction of deceased trauma victims and was asked to consider his services should I insist on a final viewing. I agreed and when I did finally see my husband in his resting place he looked as if he was peacefully asleep and at rest with himself. I will always be grateful for the opportunity that Dorian gave me to see my husband for the very last time.

....We just couldn’t arrange to get back into the country in time to see our Grandfather in his resting place and knowing we hadn’t seen him for nearly 12 years meant we wanted to be there and see him one last time. We were told that the funeral could be delayed for a few extra days as he had been hygienically treated by a specialist embalmer and that this would not effect our opportunity for paying our last respects which included a final viewing. This made a big difference to me to have my chance to say a final farewell.

....I needed to say goodbye and hold his hand again, he had been so ill and I had to say I some final words for one last time if only for my comfort. I owe so much to Mr Dorian Harries for making this happen.
